Hatha Prepares you for Raja Yoga(Ashtanga)

Kriya Yoga is a Gentle/Cleansing Practice using Twists, Stretches and Long Holds of Postures to Activate the Lymphatic and Eliminatory Systems and Enhance Detoxification. Kriya Yoga can also be quite intense, as it Activates Pranas.

Often Kriyas can be done with the Minds Eye as there are many techniques/lineages in Yoga.

Some Kriyas are Paired with Shatkarmas(Saltwater Cleanse Methods)

Vinyasa Yoga is an Intuitive Flow built to Strengthen, Mobilize, and Align Specific Energy Centers (Chakras) based on the Theme of Class or Client Needs. 

Vinyasa in the Ashtanga Terminology is a serious of Asanas done between Peak Postures in Primary Series.

Bodywork/
Massage

Orthopaedic(Bone) Massage is a Medical Grade Modality, Often times can be painful, but improves strength in the Bone/Ligament/Tendon Relationship.

Combined with Joint Mobilization, the Complex Musculoskeletal System Synergizes for Maximum Function.

Lymph/Edema Drainage can be applied to Bruises/Swelling caused my many Issues. From people who retain water in their whole body, to a specific are of the body. Lymphatic work is lighter to the touch than most other Bodywork.

Myo(muscle) Fascial(connective tissue) release works directly with the Groups started in this sentence. The Shape of the muscle and is function can be released to be programed as intended. This can be painful, however with consistent sessions and Corrective Exercise, pain reprograms and can be released.

Martial Art/
Technique Training

Kenpo arose from both China and Japan. The American Style takes these and applies them in Self Defense Orientation. Kenpo is a Combination of Striking, Throwing and Disarming an assailant.

The Kali Stick Training I learned was from a Philippine Fighting Style. The Philippine started with weapons and over time evolved into no weapons, using their limbs like weapons. Kali teaches you the angles of attack, and Footwork to apply to the Stick Training.

Mui Thai was Developed in Thailand in an underground prison, during the times of a Tyrannical Leader. One man had beaten the whole army in 1 v 1 fights. If done wrong, you can kill your opponent. Mui Thai uses Elbows, Knees, and Clenching. This powerful martial art, if done right, can kill an assailant.

Jeet Kun Do is Bruce Lees Martial Art, “The Way of the Intercepting Fist”. This Martial Art is the Creme de la Creme in my opinion. Developed shortly before MMA became a mainstream thing, i believe JKD was the Precursor to MMA. Recommended for Experienced Martial Artists.
